Far beneath the sparkling ocean waves lived a little turtle named Talia. She loved swimming through coral gardens, collecting shiny seashells, and saying hello to all her ocean friends.

One bright morning, Talia heard exciting news.

“Rainbow Reef is glowing today!” said Daphne the Dolphin.

“The coral looks magical!” said Sammy the Seahorse.

Talia’s eyes grew wide with excitement. She had always dreamed of seeing Rainbow Reef for herself.

But when she looked out into the deep blue ocean, her tummy started to wiggle.

“What if I get lost?” Talia whispered.

Her flippers suddenly felt shaky.

“What if I’m not brave enough?”

Talia slowly tucked herself inside her shell.

Just then, Grandma Marina gently swam beside her.

“You look worried, little one,” Grandma Marina said softly.

“I want to visit Rainbow Reef,” Talia sighed, “but I feel scared.”

Grandma Marina smiled kindly.

“Even brave turtles feel nervous sometimes,” she said. “When big feelings come, start with your breath.”

Talia peeked out from her shell.

“My breath?” she asked.

Grandma Marina nodded.

So Talia closed her eyes.

She stretched her flippers wide and took a slow, deep breath.

🌊 Inhale calm…

Then she slowly breathed out.

🫧 Exhale worries…

Again, Talia breathed in slowly…

And out slowly…

With every breath, her body felt calmer.

The worried feeling in her tummy became smaller.

Her heart began to feel warm and strong.

“You don’t have to take giant steps,” Grandma Marina reminded her. “Just one small brave step at a time.”

Talia smiled.

Maybe bravery didn’t mean never feeling scared.

Maybe bravery meant trying anyway.

So Talia lifted her head high and began swimming slowly toward Rainbow Reef.

Along the way, she passed sparkling fish, dancing seaweed, and colorful coral caves.

And then…

She saw it.

Rainbow Reef shimmered with glowing pink, blue, purple, and golden coral. Tiny rainbow fish swirled through the water like floating confetti.

“It’s beautiful,” Talia whispered.

She had done it.

Not because she never felt afraid…

But because she believed in herself and kept going one small step at a time.

Talia twirled happily through the glowing water, feeling calm, brave, and bright inside.
