Elephant Pose
Stand up straight, and bring your arms up above your head. Bend your elbows and interlace your fingers. Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, sway your arms from side to side, like an elephant’s trunk. This pose helps to stretch your spine and shoulders.

I hope you had fun and learned some new poses and breathing exercises.
Remember, yoga is not just a physical exercise but also a way to find inner peace and mindfulness. Practice these poses and exercises every day, and you will feel healthier, happier, and more relaxed.
Until next time, Namaste!
